My writing career officially began after a particularly bad day at work. I pulled out a notebook to write my way out of frustration, and then I simply kept writing. The book, Julianne went into a drawer for several years while I studied the craft of writing.\n\nWhile I was living and working in the hospitality industry of Orlando, Florida, it was hit with three hurricanes in 2004, I knew I wanted to write about the experience and Summer Storms was the result. As I grew to know the characters, I realized it would take more than one book to tell all of their stories. \n\nIn 2014 I released Jessie (now titled Undaunted 11/6/18), a story that is close to my heart. Growing up, my father told stories of his childhood in a small town on the banks of the Indian River across from Cape Canaveral. His boyhood was spent roaming the woods, fishing and exploring with the occasional missiles blowing up in the air. In the book, Jessie Cole is the youngest of four boys in a family who face a crisis and each one deals with it in their own way. Jessie's way is to fix his mind on a dream, to travel in space. \n\nDestiny's Call is the follow-up to Undaunted and released on November 6, 2018. Researching this book was an incredible journey and I hope you will enjoy it.\n\nI like to think of my writing as real-life fiction that entertains while sharing the hope and joy of God's forgiveness and redemption.
